How quickly will you respond?
Same day during business hours, usually within an hour or two. Urgent support issues should go to the support line directly at (816) 601-1616. Sales inquiries and general questions submitted through the form are typically answered by the end of the business day.
What happens after I submit the form?
Sam or someone from our team reads your message and follows up personally, usually by email or phone depending on what you provided. No automated drip sequence, no sales funnel. Just a real conversation about what you need and whether we're the right fit. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you and point you somewhere better.
Do I need to know my current IT setup before booking a consultation?
No. Most of our clients come to us because they don't fully understand what they have or what they need, which is part of the problem. A free consultation is a conversation, not a technical audit. Tell us what's frustrating you and what you want from your IT, and we'll take it from there.
Can you help if we already have an IT provider?
Yes. A lot of the conversations we have are with businesses who are unhappy with their current provider but aren't sure what the alternatives look like. We're happy to have that conversation with no commitment. If you decide to switch, we handle the transition so your team keeps working.
Is the free consultation actually free?
Yes. No catch, no pressure, no "but first let me tell you about our premium package." It's a conversation to understand your business and IT situation. If there's a clear fit, we can talk about next steps. If not, you'll still walk away with a better understanding of your options.
Do you only work with businesses in Kansas City?
We're headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, and most of our clients are in the KC metro. We also work with multi-location businesses and remote-first teams across the country when it makes sense. If you have an office in Kansas City and additional locations elsewhere, or if you're fully remote but want a local Kansas City IT partner, we can make that work.
